Сегодня у нас появилась возможность поговорить о новом законе чуть подробнее, что я собственно собираюсь сейчас сделать.
Автор/источник фото: Pixabay.com.Парламент в понедельник, 18 мая, принял законопроект о внесении изменений в Закон об общей части Гражданского кодекса и в другие законы. Принятые изменения позволят всем юридическим лицам вне зависимости от формы предприятия проводить собрания и принимать решения электронным путем.
